How I made this website

This website uses generic HTML / CSS and uses AstroJS SSG. This website should load basically instantly for anyone who isn’t on third-world internet. And yet even then it should load fast. For the blogging aspect, I am using PagesCMS hooked up directly to my repo to store all of the files and images. Images are compressed and served as .webp and the blogs text aspects are just simple mdx files. I also used AstroJS’s page routing function to allow each page to load seamlessly without the need for the browser to load or refresh the pages.

I designed this website to be Frutiger aero style from the 2000s and early 2010s which I am very fond of. I found blue to be too bright so went with a dark green for the entire website.
